1990s Lightwave Tutorials list

Maybe it would be useful if we all pooled our knowledge about what Lightwave tutorial videos (ones from the 1990s, not modern ones) have been digitized from VHS. I really learned a lot from the Desktop Images videos, for instance, and would like to know if there are any I haven't seen.
May of these are available on YouTube or in the EAB files area.
